How to Fill Sispena Correctly
Sispena (Accreditation Assessment System) is an online portal used by educational institutions to apply for accreditation. Here is a complete guide.
Step 1: Login to Sispena Portal
Open sispena.ban-pdm.go.id and enter your registered account. Use your official institutional email.
Step 2: Complete Institution Data
Fill in the institution profile including name, address, previous accreditation status, and number of active students.
Step 3: Upload Supporting Documents
Prepare and upload documents such as Foundation Decree, Curriculum, Teacher List, and Facility Documents.
Step 4: Fill Assessment Instruments
Answer each instrument item honestly based on the actual condition of the institution.
Step 5: Review and Submit
Double-check all data before pressing Submit. After submission, documents cannot be modified.
