Free Accreditation Assistance from BBPMP & School Supervisors
Many schools are unaware that the government provides free accreditation assistance through BBPMP (Balai Besar Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan) and school supervisors. These services are part of the national quality assurance system.
BBPMP / BPMP Services
BBPMP and its regional counterparts (BPMP) offer training, mentoring, and self-evaluation facilitation for schools preparing for accreditation. Services include workshops on understanding instruments, document preparation guidance, and mock assessments.
School Supervisors
Every school has an assigned supervisor who is required to assist with accreditation preparation. Supervisors can conduct internal audits, help identify gaps, and provide feedback on readiness before the actual accreditation visit.
How to Access
Contact your local BPMP office or your school supervisor directly. Submit a formal request for accreditation assistance. Most services are free and included in the annual work plan. Schools that utilise these programs typically achieve better accreditation outcomes because they receive professional guidance at no cost.
